Winter Solstice Alchemy Meditation and Lough Crew sacred site Event.
Hello.
It is hard to believe that we are so near Christmas. Where has the time gone ?.
Time has certainly speeded up and this is part and parcel of our evolutionary state. We are changing physically, emotionally and spiritually becoming more crystalline, holding more light in our bodies.
But what does that mean in our day to day lives ?.
It means nothing is hidden anymore, everything is coming to the surface to be released.
Maybe you have a been tip toeing around a loved one for some reason and that has come to a head. [there is healing going on around karmic relationships, genetic patterns are being healed and released. The cycle of repeating patterns down the family line that are not for the highest good of all are being erased] We are moving on whether we like it or not.
People are moving on from careers, relationships, circumstances that are not fulfilling, not meeting their souls needs.
More humans are purging physically and some are choosing to leave this plane to start the next aspect of their evolution.
No matter what is happening to you right now you are evolving, awakening more of your potential.
There is lots of chaos on the outside world, politically, economically, socially, this is the purging, the clean up of the old which has to be seen for exactly what it is. It is showing us teaching us to never give away our power again to outside forces, banks, institutions, the medical system, religion, governments etc. We are sovereign beings learning to have autonomy over our health, wealth, our minds, our lives, futures.
This is why everything seems so chaotic right now inside and outside, we are in a transition period, learning to be with ourselves, our thoughts, listening to our intuitive impulses. We are pulling away from being told what to do and how to be and this can create the feeling of being lost, not knowing what next step to take. This is the feeling that comes up at times when we are in a transitioning period.
You could feel elated in the morning and two hours later down in the dumps and an hour later back in form again. Many are also releasing in dream state and dreams are more vivid, the feelings are stronger. It is not about the story in a dream it is about the feeling, that is what is being let go.
All of this letting go is essential for our growth in this speeded up existence.
The great news is that everything is going according to plan and we are on our way back up the ascension ladder, no the planet is not about to explode.
Watching the waters the other day below my home I was brought to stillness focusing on a floating leaf as it made its way slowly through submerged water grasses. The grass in the middle of the pond slowed down the waters speed where the leaf meandered, curled around objects on its path, stopped at times when hemmed in. The leaf always finding its way back out into the flow of fast running water on the outside and eventually disappearing out of sight.
It reminded me that I have the power, the sovereign right to step into that state of peace in my heart no matter what is going on with my loved ones, my career, the outside world. I can at any moment in time sink into that pause point, focus on my heart, remember a time of peace and joy that I have experienced in the past and stay in that state to heal and recuperate. I can pull myself away from the chaos in nature, listening to music, colouring a mandala, knitting, making a Christmas wreath with foliage from nature etc.
Come with me on a journey through the waters in meditation and find that peace in stillness no matter what is playing out around you during the festive season.

Samhain/Halloween Alchemy Meditation Oct 31st.
The Bat at Halloween time symbolises rebirth and renewal a time to reflect and make changes in your trajectory if need be to create new beginnings..
I really dislike what Halloween has turned into, scary skulls, blood thirsty vampires, giant spiders ready and waiting to snare their next victim, the more horror the better, twisting the real meaning of what Halloween is about, these effigies actually frighten me.
Spider actually represents our ability to create by not getting webbed up in others peoples stuff.
I wonder how this type of horror effects our super sensitive children ?.
Have children become desensitised from being over exposed to his type of imagery ?.
Maybe I am a kill joy and take things too seriously.
I remember years ago going out with my gran daughter trick or treating wearing a short pink wig and a seahorse painted on my cheek. I refused to join in the horror and she was dressed as a little pretty, fairy, her twin brother scared of it all never took part. Yes I will carve out a pumpkin and place it on my doorstep with sweets for the children on Halloween because I am not that much of a kill joy.
Lets have a look at the real meaning of Halloween.
There is a history and rich spiritual significance to Halloween with roots in the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. The Celts who lived 2000 years ago in Ireland, Uk and France celebrated this time of year as the veils between the worlds were at their thinnest. Samhain marked the end of the growing season and beginning of Winter, a time of rest for nature and humans alike to be reborn again in the Spring.
When the veils are at their thinnest it is a perfect time to honor our ancestors, remember and thank them for the gifts they gave us. The Celts believed the the spirits of our deceased were nearest to us at Samhain. There is nothing scary about this like we have been programmed to believe, it's a wonderful opportunity to take the time connect with past loved ones in an honest way, revealing our joys and fears to them and maybe for the first time saying something that needs to be expressed, and let go. It's also a time we can forgive others for perceived wrong doings and maybe ask forgiveness for our wrong doings.
Samhain is all about death and rebirth, just as the leaves fall off the trees we can let go of somethings that no longer serves us in readiness for new beginnings.
The festival of Samhain gives us the opportunity to honor nature, her rich bountiful harvest, her elements and kingdoms for the nurture and nourishment, sustenance on all levels we receive from her year in year out.

October Harvest Moon Alchemy Meditation 7 Oct.
The October full moon is a time to honor earths generosity, reflect on your own harvests and give thanks for all that has been given in so many ways.It is also a time to rest and recoup from a hard year for so many people. When we take stock and slow down enough to hear the voice of our spirit we can take inspired action if need be without losing too much energy. I feel it is at this time of year we need to preserve our precious energic resource which is not endless.
I see so many people in burnout this year and to be honest I have had a very busy year and all I hear is the word rest.

Autumn Equinox Group Healing and Alchemy meditation, 22nd Sep.
Hello.
I write this email today on the full moon and total lunar eclipse. This alignment will not happen again for thousands of years. It is a rare event and comes with a lot of transformative energy. It is the beginning of a six month cycle bringing a challenging Venus influence, could pull up moodiness, selfishness and oversensitivity. A strong Mars influence adds the risk of lack of moderation, forethought and strategy. Relationship or financial tension could also be an issue for some. It is big energy and could bring issues to the surface that you are ready and willing to face.
This energy is bigger than what we have been used to and asks us to stand back as way showers with patience, empathy, morality and faith. It is really telling us that we can do this because we have an inner knowing that the old has to crumble for the new to be born and we all want transformation in our own lives, in the world, we have been longing for it for eons of time. Hello.
We have had a great Summer thank God, so much heat for our bodies to soak up. Boy...do we appreciate the warmth that seeped into our very bones, uplifting us on so many levels and it is not over yet. Most of the swallows have gone now and I miss their frantic chirpings mornings and evenings. Yes the leaves are changing color and the days are getting a little shorter but we still have the Autumn beauty to immerse ourselves into, fill us up with her colourful glee. The color therapy that the the Mother bestows on us at this time of year is exactly what we need to relax into and absorb, prepare us for our time of healing and introspection as the darkness of the Winter void creeps in.
It is that time of year when we can think of slowing down a bit, cuddle up by a warm fire snuggled in a cosy, soft blanket, nurture ourselves and rest. I think if we had long Summer days all year round we would never stop doing, we would actually burn out. Mother nature is staring to retreat slowly into her womb space, take a breath and just be, giving us the gentle reminder that we need to do like she does.
We all need to just be, still at times to evaluate, let go of the unnecessary, sink inside of ourselves to discover the new. There is always a re awakening of some aspect of self as we sink into the darkness that natures cycles provide.
The Goddess through Mother Earth gives us every year, time to be creative, time to be still, time to laugh, have fun, love and it is up to us to take her promptings or not.
Humanity has been conditioned to fix, sort out, figure out, save, support, be chief cook and bottle washer and always doing.This way of being is over I feel, we will not get away with doing to that extent anymore. Divine human beings were never meant to work that hard, never meant to pay to live on Gaia.
Close you eyes and imagine what we would be doing if we didn't have to work so hard doing jobs most people do not get fulfillment from ?.
We would have more time to meditate and get to know thy self.

hear the voice of spirit through our intuition and have the courage to take action on the guidance,
expand psychic/telepathic abilities beyond what we didn't know existed,
live a multidimensional life connecting to other beings and realms and more.
Ok..we don't live in that existence yet and we still have to pay bills but we can dream the life we desire into existence.
Our thoughts create our reality and it is so much fun experimenting and learning a new way to be.

We have had a great Summer thank God, so much heat for our bodies to soak up. Boy...do we appreciate the warmth that seeped into our very bones, uplifting us on so many levels and it is not over yet. Most of the swallows have gone now and I miss their frantic chirpings mornings and evenings. Yes the leaves are changing color and the days are getting a little shorter but we still have the Autumn beauty to immerse ourselves into, fill us up with her colourful glee. The color therapy that the the Mother bestows on us at this time of year is exactly what we need to relax into and absorb, prepare us for our time of healing and introspection as the darkness of the Winter void creeps in.
It is that time of year when we can think of slowing down a bit, cuddle up by a warm fire snuggled in a cosy, soft blanket, nurture ourselves and rest. I think if we had long Summer days all year round we would never stop doing, we would actually burn out. Mother nature is staring to retreat slowly into her womb space, take a breath and just be, giving us the gentle reminder that we need to do like she does.
We all need to just be, still at times to evaluate, let go of the unnecessary, sink inside of ourselves to discover the new. There is always a re awakening of some aspect of self as we sink into the darkness that natures cycles provide.
The Goddess through Mother Earth gives us every year, time to be creative, time to be still, time to laugh, have fun, love and it is up to us to take her promptings or not.
Humanity has been conditioned to fix, sort out, figure out, save, support, be chief cook and bottle washer and always doing.This way of being is over I feel, we will not get away with doing to that extent anymore. Divine human beings were never meant to work that hard, never meant to pay to live on Gaia.

Mary Magdalene Group Healing and Alchemy Meditation 22nd July.
As a cool wind sweeps up and the rains nurture and nourish Mother Gaia after many days of glorious sweltering heat I sit and write of Mary Magdalene. It was a heart wrenching morning of releasing fear, strange as the reason for my worry and fear wasn't even real. Did you ever get the feeling that you had done something to someone because of a reaction they had towards you only to find out later that the person was having a bad day and wasn't even aware of their reaction. I have been set up by the Universe many times before in this way, in preparation for what I am about to offer. Not surprising when I think of it the energy of this healing and meditation has been building since I decided to do it a few days ago. You see there always has to be a clearing, a purification before an event and this morning I had mine and maybe I will have some more in the next few days.
When we call on the light of Mary Magdalene or any master with intent they respond to us faster than ever now as the frequencies have increased exponentially over the last few years. The light of Mary Magdalene will shift you from one state of being to another, take you deep within to the void and help you find answers.

Summer Solstice Group Healing, Alchemy Meditation and Sacred Circle of Fire, 21st June.
The Summer Solstice holds a deep spiritual significance, this peak of solar energy represents the triumph of light over dark, celebration, abundance, personal growth through inner illumination.
I pulled a card for the collective from the Animal Magic deck by Alexis Cartwright and Pegasus came out. This magical mythical, winged horse is taking us deep within to discover the real truth, integrity with the soul self. This card tells me that you could be going through a purification, an upgrade of consciousness into a higher state of being. You could be consumed in feelings around circumstances that are playing out. There is a decoding of old patterns happening, a letting go. You are elevating into a more peaceful state of being, surrendering through introspection to see and accept the real truth. Even in the middle of emotional upheaval, family dynamics, raw emotions coming to the surface we can work through the emotions and find a state of peace.
When the card Pegasus appears you are going deeper into the heart out of the head and releasing the emotional reaction to a trigger by a loved one, circumstance playing out. It doesn't mean that a problem is solved for good. what it does mean is that you have come to a place of knowing the root of your emotional reaction allowing change to take place through a deep realisation. Well how have you been the last few weeks, navigating the eclipse season energies.
Boy wasn't it some phase of readjusting and re arranging.
I released something big [ a way of being since my childhood ] and the peace and ease I feel now is nothing short of a miracle. We adsorbs ways of being, thinking, ideas, ideals from our environments before the age of seven and this basically leads us, guides us into choices around relationships, careers and draws in circumstances to match that programming.
Reality is that this conditioning isn't you at all, it hides away the pure potentiality of who you really are, your gifts and talents, what you have come here to learn about yourself.
Many people live from this limited place all their lives but will in some incarnation open up to the fullness of existence, some come in with a deeper knowing to discover what lies within. No existence is better than the other it just a matter of the souls timing to evolve.
I was 30 years old when i realised something was amiss, working so hard, gathering money , raising children and full time job wore me down, I was exhausted.
The exhaustion led me to to meditation and opened up doorways within that I am still exploring and has created a totally different more fulfilling, happier life that I never thought possible. Cutting Karmic Cords Workshop, April 5th.
We have nothing to give emotionally when hooked into another karmically. We connect more to the universe and have a shift of consciousness when a cord is severed, life becomes more harmonious, peaceful and energy levels increase dramatically.
It's so exhausting being karmically hooked into another and you may not know it.
We humans are birthed from those who came before us on the family line through dna, we have the strengths and weaknesses, resolved and unresolved emotional/physical issues etc within our blueprint.. The unresolved emotional issues is karma which maybe you unknowingly on a soul level have contracted to release from the family line.
Yes karma is like a boomerang, whatever we give out will come back to us. It's at this point we look at what we are giving out, reacting to certain people in a negative way, bringing up possibly anger, anxiety, frustration, fear or overwhelm to name but a few.
More often than not these reactions are with a member or members of our family, the ones we love the most. We may not like some of them but we love them on a very deep level. We have contracted to come in with them on a soul level to resolve some issue.They have come in with us and we with them to learn, release unease and emotional pain, to grow and evolve into the best version of ourselves.
We also trigger others at times until we do the inner work and realise what we were doing in projecting our own emotional pain out on to others instead of dealing with it ourselves.
When we cut a cord from a loved one, a difficult circumstance, a stress full relationship you are not cutting a relationship you are cutting the energetic cord of the unresolved, unfelt emotional pain.
Cutting these cords brings peace and ease into ones life and allows a better flow of energy to weave it's way around a situation. You take something away which has been creating unease and strengthen you own energetic boundaries in the process while at the same time sending out a vibration which is positive and healing for all those around you.
Some of these karmic relationships for instance can trigger within us worry, anxiety, low self worth, fear etc.which can slowly eat away self confidence which rules ones decisions and impacts life paths.
Some of us have been with the same family over and over in many lifetimes playing many different roles to learn different lessons as we evolve.
We get triggered by our nearest and dearest, friends, co workers giving us the opportunity every time to ask the question...why did I react in that way, delving into the feeling in your heart [not internalising] just feeling the actual emotion for a minute or two, feeling it we release it and let it go, that portion.
All of us have a level of stress in our body whether we realise it or not. Feeling into triggered emotions and cutting karmic cords will reduce stress, improve health and over all wellness, create empowerment.
It's not anyone's role to save the world and make everyone happy, it is our responsibility to make things as stress free, peaceful as possible for ourselves and in so doing create a vibration that flows out to others of love and peace.
[Don't take family dynamics personally, it's mostly karma.]
One can cut cords from ways of being, learned and conditioned, fear of lack and safety, financial security, tip toeing around family and you may or not know the reason why.
You can cut cords from a worrying situation, trying to figure out things in your head in relation to others creates unease which is absorbed by the situation and will take longer to resolve.
Every though, word, action goes out into the quantum and has a reaction, thinking positive thoughts and fair resolutions for all concerned also goes out into the quantum and is far more powerful and will sent back to you in amazing ways. The Universe responds to us by assists us to build faith, trust in yourself and others. We create what we think most about, we create our own reality.

I love when this card appears as it tells me that our chakra system and kundalini is being impacted by the frequencies of the element ether hitting the grid and distributed into our central nervous systems.
This magical elixir is what we have been waiting for, for lifetimes.

The Love Alchemy Meditation on St. Valentines day 14th Feb.

Isn't it lovely to have a day that we can solely focus on connecting with others. [ let's put in our diaries more days like this that we focus on connection.] Life has become so fast paced that we can forget about putting intent into connecting on a deeper level through love.
Celebrating the bonds that unite us Spiritual beings whether with a partner, spouse, family, friends, neighbours opens up our hearts and creates fulfillment.
Appreciating the loves in our lives brings us deeper into our hearts and exudes out from us out into the quantum, it's infectious.
This day is a reminder to us that love comes from within and self love shines out and comes back to us in most beautiful ways.
Even if you are on your own on Valentines day, it's a time to cultivate inner peace, embrace self worth by focusing on our strengths and the goodness in our hearts.
It's a day to slow down for a while, [even for thirty minutes,] nurture and nourish the self in loving ways. Looking at the birds for a while is an act of self love.
As I write I can feel the peace and tranquility birthing, taking my mind away from a reality that is not as harmonious as I would like it to be.

Goddess, St. Brigid Alchemy Meditation and Sacred Circle of Fire 1st Feb 2025.
Hello.
I hope 2025 has started off beautifully for you, began with ease and grace. This is a year of change like no other, dream your new reality into existence, focus on what you want and let go of the old as you run your consciousness from your heart, from love.
I have been comatose since 21st Dec and I think I am back now after a whole month of rest, relaxation, sleeping, eating, watching mindless TV and a little exercise. I was tired inside and the Universe conspired to keep me at home beside the fire gazing out at the beauty of nature, snowed in for a while, making sure that I got the rest I needed. Sitting up in my bed this morning, sun streaming in the not so clean window, tucked up cosily underneath the blankets St. Brigid is calling me, coming into my thoughts. Pagan Goddess Brigid guiding me to honor her, feel her fire within my very being, stirring up passion deep within my soul. Her vibration is always with me but especially around her feast day, tears welling up inside as she calls us to stand in our truth and see ourselves as Divine assisting us to wake up and see the power we hold. For so long we have been dulled down and conditioned to believe that we are small, less than, sinners.
Bugger that concept of being small, we are fractals of God, creator beings, co creating with the universe, a divine being having a physical experience here on earth. We are powerful beyond measure learning to own our power and work with it for the the highest good of all, learning to connect more with one another as we open our hearts, heal the separation from nature and the Universe in a profound way.
Every thought, word, action, intent creates what we desire.
Goddess, Druidess, Priestess, St.Brigid comes to us around her feast day and nudges us along our true path assisting us to say what we need to say, take that leap of faith, let go of what is holding us back known or unknown.
She the daughter of Dagda of the Tuatha De Danann, a band of magical, mystical, spiritual warriors hailed from the stars comes to us at this time of year to wake us up, push us forward, get us moving, filling us up with her holy goodness to remind us of how powerful we are in essence. Goddess Brigid is helping us to create the change from within, release from the subconscious a portion of some emotion, probably unknown to us that has been preventing us from standing in our true power.
She is known as Mary of the Irish for her healing abilities. protection, learning, fertility goddess and her name means high exalted one honored at the pre Christian festival of Imbolc. Her church in Kildare town built on the original site of her first wattle and daube structure stands tall and regal, a fire lighting on the grounds burning on her feast day calling her force and spirit back into the hearts of the Irish and anyone who connects with her. Goddess, Druidess Brigid responds to us when we call on her blessings.
I am so looking forward to gathering the reeds/rushes to weave her crosses, a labour of love pulling in her frequency, lighting me up and energising me. I feel so good, alive, driven, passionate as I weave many crosses leading up to her feast day. If you are drawn to these words, inspired by Brigid's passion, her service to others and love for humanity you have probably walked with her as a Brigidine sister, was part of her community in times past.
That service today could be a smile for a stranger, eye contact with someone who needs to be seen, a listening ear for a troubled soul. Our connection to all there is is becoming stronger and stronger as the light flowing into the planet increases opening us up to deeper heart felt experiences, our divinity coming alive, hearts opening up so much to love that it can hurt even on a physical level.
I am crying at the least thing lately, unfelt emotions held in my very cells pushed to the surface triggered by very simple things [thank God] allowing light to fill that space creating change in mind, body and soul. You take something away which has been creating unease and strengthen you own energetic boundaries in the process while at the same time sending out a vibration which is positive and healing for all those around you.
Some of these karmic relationships for instance can trigger within us unease, worry, anxiety, low self worth, fear etc.which can slowly eat away self confidence which rules ones decisions and impacts life paths.
No we can't always walk away as the antagonist may be a elderly parent needing support or a teenager but we can cut the energetic energy cord that holds the unresolved emotional issue [karma].
We have been with the same family over and over in many lifetimes playing many different roles to learn different lessons as we evolve.
We get triggered by our nearest and dearest, friends, co workers giving us the opportunity every time to ask the question...why did I react in that way, delving into the feeling in your heart [not internalising] just feeling the actual emotion for a minute or so and dropping the feeling down between your hips for a few more minutes will release the unease, that portion. If your mind wanders away from feeling bring it back gently to feel again asking spirit to give you a word, a vision, the source of the unease . When we feel it we release it and let it go.
All of us have a level of stress in our body whether we realise it or not. Feeling into triggered emotions and cutting karmic cords will reduce stress, improve health and over all wellness, creating empowerment.

Making Mothering Matter More.
Whether you are a mother of children or not it matters that we recognise mothering the self is of huge importance. We haven't been conditioned to put ourselves, our needs first. As a matter of fact it can be considered selfish to put yourself first. Because of programming through the ages and the demise of the divine feminine we have lost the know how to connect deeply to the self, hold a space for ourselves when in pain, turn up for ourselves when we need support, mother the self, ask for help.
The love, nurture and nourishment we give ourselves is an example to our loved how they can turn up for themselves, a gift for others showing them how to support loved ones in times of need. Sometimes we just need to be alone for a while in stillness to figure out what we truly feel. In this mad crazy world it is essential that we slot in the time in our diaries to relax, unwind, just be, not thinking or trying to figure out anything, allowing the answers to come from within. When we take time to go within, into the void of stillness we nurture the soul.
I divined a few cards from the Animal Magic deck in advance of the group healing and I am delighted at what came out.
