Christmas is a time of death and rebirth, having come through the three significant energy surges listed above it will certainly be a grand rebirth this year. The amount of light hitting our central nervous systems will indeed create great transformation that our very souls are crying out for and our higher selves nudging us towards.
It really does feel that we are done with the old, done with old ways of being and repeating the same patterns over and over.
To make sure I was feeling into the last two weeks of Dec correctly I pulled out a few cards for the collective.
Horse magic tells me that we are coming more into our power, releasing feelings of inadequacy, low self worth, defence mechanisms we have built up since childhood which no longer serve us.
Horse is about expansion, change and fearlessly moving forward towards freedom...yaaaa bring it on.
The key word for the Griffin card is empowerment, dealing with the unexpected, overcoming karmic issues, overcoming internal struggle to create balance and more positive outcome.
No matter what the issue is there is a way to create change and see the gift at the other side.

It feels like we are at a pivotal point of transition from one world into the next..Can you feel it ?.
Since 1990 we have been infused with ever expanding light codes coming in through the Gaia grid from the Earth and the Cosmos. Would you like to reduce stress in your life ?.
Cutting Karmic cords to reduce stress, a gift for yourself.
We humans are birthed from those who came before us on the family line through dna, we have the strengths and weaknesses, resolved and unresolved emotional/physical issues etc within our blueprint.. The unresolved emotional issues is karma which we have decided on a soul level to release from the family line.
Yes karma is like a boomerang, whatever we give out will come back to us. It's at this point we look at what we are giving out, reacting to certain people in a negative way, bringing up possibly anger, anxiety, frustration, fear or overwhelm to name but a few.

It's not every ones job in the family to do the work, release the karma but everyone does play a part. You have the person contracted to dig deep, the protagonist and the antagonist who creates the triggers.
We also trigger others until we do the inner work and realise what we were doing in projecting our own emotional pain out on to others instead of dealing with it ourselves.
When we cut a cord from a loved one, a difficult circumstance, a stress full relationship you are not cutting a relationship you are cutting the energetic cord of the unresolved, unfelt emotional pain which has come down the genetic line. Cutting these cords brings peace and ease into ones life and allows a better flow of energy to weave it's way around a situation. You take something away which has been creating unease and strengthen you own energetic boundaries in the process while at the same time sending out a vibration which is positive and healing for all those around you.
Some of these karmic relationships for instance can trigger within us unease, worry, anxiety, low self worth, fear etc.which can slowly eat away self confidence which rules ones decisions and impacts life paths.
No we can't always walk away as the antagonist may be a elderly parent needing support or a teenager but we can cut the energetic energy cord that holds the unresolved emotional issue [karma].
We have been with the same family over and over in many lifetimes playing many different roles to learn different lessons as we evolve.
We get triggered by our nearest and dearest, friends, co workers giving us the opportunity every time to ask the question...why did I react in that way, delving into the feeling in your heart [not internalising] just feeling the actual emotion for a minute or so and dropping the feeling down between your hips for a few more minutes will release the unease, that portion. If your mind wanders away from feeling bring it back gently to feel again asking spirit to give you a word, a vision, the source of the unease . When we feel it we release it and let it go.
All of us have a level of stress in our body whether we realise it or not. Feeling into triggered emotions and cutting karmic cords will reduce stress, improve health and over all wellness, creating empowerment.
It's not anyone's role to save the world and make everyone happy, it is our responsibility to make things as stress free, peaceful as possible for ourselves and in so doing create a vibration that flows out to others of love and peace, goodwill to all, empowerment and abundance.

November 15th Beaver full moon Alchemy Meditation.
The Beaver super moon is coming in fast, centering around reflection, release, spiritual growth.
Are you wondering why you are feeling wired, tired maybe a bit weird...we are letting go of so much from our subconscious, like never before.

Summer Solstice Stillness in a Stone Circle 21st June.
'In the 17th century John Wesley founder of the Methodist Movement with his brother Charles, stood on top of the Motte overlooking the town of Kilfinane, Co. Limerick and saw a Large Stone Circle at par with Stonehenge in England. The Church removed the stone circle and the thriving market town lost its energy. A few years ago Maurice Gilbert, owner of Ballyhoura Apple Farm was guided to replace the stone circle which now stands beside his apple business in the centre of Kilfinane.
Maurice recounted to me the story of how he was compelled to replace the circle, knew instinctually where it was to be placed, found the perfect stones at a quarry near by and positioned them easily with a digger, only two of the stones had to be re adjusted as the others literally fell into place. I visited Kilfinane today to take a few photos of the circle and the sleepy, forgotten town is coming alive again. Just this weekend it hosted a Fleadh Cheoil.
''THE hills are alive with the sound of music in Kilfinane this weekend as the highest town in Limerick hosts its first Fleadh Cheoil Luimnigh.'' headlines of a local newspaper.
New business's are starting to come into the town which says to me that every person, town, country has to have a spiritual connection otherwise it lacks a vital component to keep it alive.

St. Joan of Arc Alchemy Meditation 30th May.
Trust, Courage, Faith, Strength, four of many words associated with St. Joan of Arc. Her ultimate surrender to divine will in service to God and the people of France was not understood by everybody at that time in history.
St Joan's unbreakable faith and un fathomable strength expelling the enemies of France from her beloved country, in the fourteenth century at the young age of nineteen was propelled by a level of consciousness which far surpassed any other human at the time.
When asked by her captors before she was burned at the stake accused of heresy and being a witch had she anything to say.
She replied '' I fear not for God is with me''.
St. Joan of Arc's feast day is 30th of May.

Spend as much time in nature as possible [bare feet on damp grass] if you can.
Drink water, water is an electrical conductor, it grounds and allows one to receive elements and nutrients from the earth which is very beneficial, essential for overall health and wellness.
Walking, Dancing, Yoga practises, rock climbing, anything that involves movement will assist in the integration of light.
Practicing meditations in stillness, grounding, will help to calm the nervous system allowing you to anchor more into your body and become still in your heart.
Showering, bathing in the sea, in a salt bath, walking beside a stream by the sea shore will cleans your energy field and calm your system.
And there are many natural, herbs, remedies, energy practises, etc that are also highly beneficial.
Taking magnesium calms the central nervous system.
Do not listen to the news, it's full of fear and not accurate, it effects your nervous system in a negative way.
Do not go into fear no matter what happening in your reality, in your family. Build faith and trust with your practices, faith in the universe, in yourself, in others in the knowing that for the light to anchor the old has to be released, the dismantling has to take place first. Everyone is talking about this date because of the influx of energy. There is a spot in Mexico where this light frequency at the time of the eclipse will hit the earth and be distributed all over the globe. The Mayans, indigenous cultures of America and many more have prophesised about this event for ions of time at 8pm on the 8th April, GMT.
Light is information, it hits the Earth grid is then dispersed into the lay lines, received by our nervous system to create change. This light effects everything, the earth, humanity, the cosmos and is well worth tapping into.

Spring Equinox Alchemy Meditation 19th March.
I saw a wide staircase as I meditated on the contents of this Equinox offering, many people walking up the stairs, purposefully. These people knew where they were going and the feeling of strength and determination came through. As they connected more to their higher self the pain of the past drifted away, fear dissolved, love and abundance abounded and a new direction was taken. Our higher self knows more than we do, it sees the bigger picture and a sense of peace resides there because it knows what is best for us. Mothers Day, Group Healing and Alchemy Meditation, 10th March. |
Making Mothering Matter More.
Whether you are a mother of children or not it matters that we recognise mothering the self is of huge importance. We haven't been conditioned to put ourselves, our needs first. As a matter of fact it can be considered selfish to put yourself first. Because of programming through the ages and the demise of the divine feminine we have lost the know how to connect deeply to the self, hold a space for ourselves when in pain, turn up for ourselves when we need support, mother the self, ask for help.
The love, nurture and nourishment we give ourselves is an example to our loved how they can turn up for themselves, a gift for others showing them how to support loved ones in times of need. Sometimes we just need to be alone for a while in stillness to figure out what we truly feel. In this mad crazy world it is essential that we slot in the time in our diaries to relax, unwind, just be, not thinking or trying to figure out anything, allowing the answers to come from within. When we take time to go within, into the void of stillness we nurture the soul.
I divined a few cards from the Animal Magic deck in advance of the group healing and I am delighted at what came out.
Dragon...Assisting us to come more into our power.
Leopard...Helping us to clear our deepest fears.
Turtle... Taking us into the earth to slow down, ground, connect to Mother Gaia, replenish and we will reap the fruits of our labour.

Our first love is the relationship we have with ourselves, in whatever measure we give love to ourselves we will receive the same measure from others, the Universe..
In the past we ran our consciousness from our solar plexus through fear, the great news is that we are now learning how to run our consciousness from our hearts through love.
Humanity is evolving on a soul level as more and more light codes come flooding into our planet, filter into our systems through the earth grid pushing up old emotional pain, what no longer serves us. We are becoming more humanitarian as our hearts are expanding, connecting us more to our true emotions.
