The energies are so powerful now we are having huge initiations to push us past where we have been, releasing the deepest of traumas faster as our tools become stronger.
Our inner power is more than we think. We have come to the point where we recognise that we have been moulded by societies expectations, parents and leaders opinions, ideas and ideals that no longer serve us. We have been programmed by social media, TV even books. School has taught us to conform and perform in a very limited way. Most of us till now have never explored who we truly are. Very often it's only when we become ill, have an accident, start to feel that there must be more to life we begin to explore the unknown. Unhappiness, discontentment within relationships, feeling stuck in a boring career, past abuse or trauma can kick start the journey of exploration.
What kick started my journey into empowerment ?.
I remember walking up the road outside my first home in 1992, my children were pre teens, working a nine to five mundane job earning good money, trying to be a good mom, house keeper, wife, gardener.
How in Gods name did I ever think I could succeed in doing all that successfully.
The cracks were beginning to show I was tired all the time, under pressure, unhappy. I remember thinking that there must be more to life than working all the time killing myself to make money and give it all to my children when I die.
The very first meditation class I went to I was looking for peace and tranquility, I thought then if I got to fifty which was a long way off I would give up work and rest. I learned energy procedures, practised them and the fatigue lessened. Not only did my physical energy increase but my mind expanded, my perception and understanding of how the universe works also evolved. Life started to make a bit of sense. Nature started to come alive for me, I saw the beauty in sunrise and sunsets the beautiful colours in the sky. I began to see and feel so much more than I had ever seen and felt before. I was beginning to come into my power as anywhere I went I was saying to myself..what is in this outing for me, pleasing myself instead of keeping the peace and pleasing others.
My very sensitive children were also at an age that troublesome issues were turning up for them. As they went through their ups and downs I was able to support and hold a space for them whilst keeping myself physically, mentally emotionally well. Living with my loved ones mental health issues at times was very challenging but I found ways through the energy and techniques to support them, hold steady, centered and not fall apart as they traversed through their journey.
Many years on this path I have chosen I have worked through financial and relationship struggles to name but a few, I am at peace and more prosperous today.

By the way there will always be issues, uncomfortable circumstances, worry, fear but as we come more into our power we find peace within and life begins to flow with more ease even in the middle of chaos. Trust and faith in the universe grows as we awaken the Dragon within.
The more our Dragon awakens we get to know ourselves on a deeper level we recognise what brings us joy, what we do and don't want, what we are no longer willing to put up with from ourselves and others.
We connect to our spirit within in time, intuition gets louder, you have the courage to take that leap of faith and follow your dreams. As your dragon comes out of hiding you listen to your own inner voice no matter what others may think or say. Little by little as you awaken from the slumber you open up to opportunities that you never thought possible, change from the inside out. Some old friends no longer in alignment with your new values drift away peacefully, interests may change, social life may not hold the interest that it once had.
You become drawn possibly to crystals, sacred templates, prayers, meditations to fill you up with loving light and show you the way forward with an open heart full of love.
Life becomes easier as you come more into your power, more interesting, manifestation is faster, things work out better and perceived mistakes are recognised as lessons, gifts in disguise.
As your dragon awakens further you believe more in yourself, and what you want becomes your focus, you get to a place where you are done with the old. You take more care of your needs, honouring and respecting yourself in a more profound way as your Dragon awakens on a deeper level.
Becoming softer and stronger, speaking your truth with more conviction, heart opens up on a deeper level as you embrace the power of your Dragon.
